Process

From first call to launch day.

Exactly what happens, what you get at every step and what we need from you. No step starts until you've said yes to the one before it.

The growth map

A 45-minute call about where your business is stuck: how work moves, how customers find you and how they buy. Within a week you get a one-page map.

You get

  • A one-page map of where you're losing time or customers
  • What to build first, and which track it is
  • A rough timeline and a rough cost

We need from you

  • 45 minutes
  • Someone who knows how the business really runs

1 week · paid, credited

Blueprint week

We sit with the people who do the work, map every step and turn it into a clickable prototype. You leave with a fixed scope, a fixed price and the launch date we guarantee. The fee is credited in full against the build.

You get

  • A clickable prototype
  • Fixed scope and fixed price
  • Launch date in writing, guaranteed

We need from you

  • Access to your spreadsheets, tools and current website
  • Two to three hours with the people who do the work
  • One person who can say yes

4 to 8 weeks

The build

The most valuable part gets built first, so you feel the difference early. Every two weeks your team gets a working version to try. Data and content move across, your tools get connected and launch day holds no surprises.

You get

  • A working version every two weeks
  • Your data and content moved and cleaned
  • Connections to the tools you already use

We need from you

  • Feedback within the two weeks
  • Decisions within 48 hours

Launch + 90 days

Launch day and after

Your team gets trained, old tools get switched off and the new system or website goes live. For 90 days, anything that breaks gets fixed free, the same day. After that, keep us on a monthly retainer or take the keys and the documentation and go.

You get

  • Live, with your team trained
  • 90-day fix-it window
  • Full ownership and documentation

We need from you

  • A launch date you'll commit to
  • Someone to own it internally
05The rules

What you can hold us to.

  • A fixed price before we build.

You know the full cost at the end of the blueprint week. Change the scope later and we price the change before we do it. Nothing sneaks onto an invoice.

  • Working software every two weeks.

You don't get status reports. You get a link to a build your team can open, click and try to break.

  • You own everything.

Code, data, designs and accounts are in your name from day one, with documentation your next developer will thank you for.

Step one takes 45 minutes.
